Made from the bark of our oak trees according to ancient Sardinian agro pastoral tradition. The cork tray is known by many names, in Gallura (Sardinia, Italy) it is called "jona". It is used to serve cooked meats, such as the famous roasted suckling pig, as well as cured meats and cheeses. The tray is completely natural, not treated with chemicals, and ready to use. To clean it, simply use plenty of water and, if needed, lemon
