It seems to be from the phony war era and shows the general situation of west with the German defensive areas and the French Maginot line. The map of Europe clearly shows big Germany with the integrated Czech and the newly created Slowakei and the General Government area of Poland. This is a very interesting map from a very interesting point in the war.
