Valdespino Fino Inocente 375 ml Grape_Carignan wild strawberriesFor those new to dry Sherry, the Fino Inocente from Valdespino is a perfect place to start. Made from Palomino grapes harvested from a single vineyard, this wine is fermented in wooden barrels (almost unheard of in modern Sherry winemaking). It then spends up to ten years in the solera process, an unusually long time for wines classified Fino. Maritime aromas mix with flavors of nuts, olives, and citrus.
