Huia Sauvignon Blanc 2018 Country_Barbados high natural acidity and fineThe Huia Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from two BioGro certified organic estate vineyards. The grapes were pressed, with the different vineyards kept in separate vessels. 65% was fermented in neutral French oak to add further richness and complexity to the wine. Most of the wine was fermented using one yeast that is accepted as organic and non GMO and the only other fermentation yeast used are wild yeasts that live in the winery. The Finer Details
