Oddly sweet and primary nose, with only a hint of the gravelly, dusty flavours to come. Palate is very dry, bordering on hollow. Overtones of ammonia. Chocolatey aftertaste sound drinking but not special. This is supposed to be one of the classics and Ive seen better bottles. Was not on song on this day such is wine.
