Care Oil The composition of the naturalThe pure Chinese camellia oil is highly recommended for the care of the handmade blades of Nesmuk chef's knives and their handle wood. The 100% vegetable, food safe natural product is acid and water free, non resinous, non volatile and very economical. It is particularly well suited for preservation and ensures outstanding corrosion protection even with the thinnest application. For the Nesmuk JANUS and SOUL series, use the camellia oil exclusively
