They are in overall good condition with some light wear and minor curling

The tape itself is steel with two repairs

there are several small areas of rust through holes and there are many bubbles in the paint

Since I can not find any information on later publications I believe this was just a concept that never made it any further than this

I am unsure of the history of this piece
