This particular Vin Santo is the result of ancient Tuscan peasant experience. Produced with selected grapes, dried on racks until late winter and then left to ferment in small oak barrels for at least 3 years. Due to its intense aroma and harmonious and velvety flavour, it goes beautifully with any dessert and some types of cheese.
