From 1940. Printed by the Ministry of the Interior in Prague. AS IS condition. The cover and spine have masking tape on them. The book seems to have been well used. The spine has wear and there are some tears on the cover. There is some blue staining. The title of the book is written in pen on the masking tape on the spine.
