I was trying to find a cup plant flower that was nearly perfect with little to no blemishes or flaws

I had been photographing the sunrise and wildflowers at Wildflower Park for about an hour now

It wasn't hard to notice all the false sunflowers that were in perfect condition and thought that they would be perfect to photograph

watching and listening for any movement or sound beneath the grasses

I decided to take a couple shots of this remarkable scene before moving further up the trail
