Prosper Maufoux Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2017 Bottle:1 Protected from the wind andThis one smells amazing like those strawberry candies in the round tins, cherry, vanilla. Like most pinots, it tastes absolutely nothing like it smells, which kind of pisses me off. It's on the earthier side with tart Red cherry. It's also more tannic than your average pinot. Earthy mushroom and leather, raspberry and pomegranate, sour cherry.
