From the Southwest Distillery team (the same ones who brought us Tarquin's Gins) have only gone and put a spin on their original Spiced Rum through adding in Pineapple and Pink Grapefruit

This release from the Banks team unsurprisingly is similar to their No 5 but this time

the rest is Malted with both of these being combined and fermented for a minimum of 120 hours before being double distilled in Copper Stills and aged in both New and Old casks

Ambhar Plata Tequila 70cl broffer From the Southwest Distillery teamThis little tipple is produced using 100% Blue Weber Agave from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco and is distilled for a grand total of 5 times! Before bottling they allow the Tequila to sit and marry inside stainless steel for a minimum of 60 days, creating a Fresh and Citrus forward Tequila with Tropical Pineapple coming through before a Cream and Spice infused finish.
