Aging: 42 months in 50 hp oak barrels then 12 months in bottle. Color: intense and dark ruby red. Nose: Blackberrys, cherry with hints of black pepper and roasted coffee. Full bodied and intese, soft and persistent with a silky. Velvety tannic texture. Chocolate and blueberry with a twist of lemon and a cherry finish.
