While visiting Costa Rica, I noticed a flock of birds roosting in a tree. It was sunset. I set up my camera tripod, took some shots, then clapped my hands. The motion of their flapping wings created the blurs that I hoped to photograph. I apologize for disturbing my avian subjects.
